Orders

Terms of Sale

A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is due with an order. This will insure a position on my waiting list. Approximately six months before the expected delivery date, I will ask for a final confirmation of the order. At that time, final decisions as to model, range, options and decor will be made, and we will make an agreement to build a specific instrument at a firm price. A purchase agreement will be drawn up at this time.

A deposit of $5,000 for single manual instruments and $6,000 for double manual instruments is due when the order is confirmed. The balance is divided into three equal payments: two payments will be due as work progresses and the final payment will be due upon completion, before delivery. Any applicable sales tax will be added to the final payment.

All Canadian residents add 5% for the Goods and Services Tax (GST). All British Columbia residents add 12% (7% for PST and 5% for GST).

Under the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA) harpsichords, fortepianos, virginals, and clavichords are duty-free between Canada, USA, and Mexico.

All prices are F.O.B. Vancouver. I will personally deliver instruments under certain conditions otherwise they may be shipped air freight or by surface freight. The cost of crating, shipping and insuring will be assumed by the buyer.
